Refunds & Returns 

If something is not up to your satisfaction (which we hope not!) we accept exchanges, returns & refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. A member of our team will be happy to investigate into the issue and promptly guide you through the next steps. Please kindly note, we will only be able to accept items that are in a re-sellable condition.

Are Your Coats Machine Washable & Allow For Dog Necessities

Yes, all of our coats are machine washable, ideally on a quick rinse up to 30 degrees. Perfect for those muddy puddles!

All of our coats are constructed to allow your pooch to do its necessities with comfort and ease.

Is Bespoke Sizing The Same As The Standard Size Option?

At Poochieannas, we understand that one size does not fit all! We aim as much as possible, to work towards the best fit for your dog. Our plus sizing option is provided to offer our taller dogs, an added inch or two onto their leg length. Please kindly note that our standard sizing option aims for accuracy but will not always be the absolute fit, as sizing alters from dog to dog. 

 

Should you wish to find the perfect fit, our Bespoke tailoring option would be best recommended for you. This unique experience is designed to tailor especially to your dog's measurements & colouring. For more information, please contact a member of our team directly at hello@poochieannas.com.

How Long Untill My Order Is Shipped?

When you have placed your order, we aim to create your piece within 2-3 weeks. Once your piece has been created, the process of shipping your order will take 3-5 business days.

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Yes we do! We use various shipping carriers depending on the country of your shipping address. Worldwide shipping fees apply. Please contact a member of our team at hello@poochieannas.com for further details. Rest assured, wherever you live, Poochieannas has got you covered!

What Happens If I've Ordered To The Wrong Address or The Item Has Arrived Damaged?

 If an item has arrived damaged, please contact a member of our team on hello@poochieannas with your order, the details of the damaged item & your contact details. We will be sure to have this resolved as quickly as possible. 

  

Don't worry if you've ordered with the wrong address! Mistakes can happen. Please inform us as soon as possible at hello@poochieannas.com. Once the shipping process starts, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel the order.
